        The core shaft
        尺寸范圍：直徑10-120MM/長度500-9000MM
        材料：正常情況下選用40CrNiMo，經(jīng)過特殊處理，采用漸開線形式，在扭矩，扭力，負(fù)荷的情況下，可以采用具有良好任性和機械性能的WR15E和WR30材料，其性能參數(shù)與進口芯軸等同，但性價比遠于進口類產(chǎn)品。在加工過程中嚴(yán)格控制度，保證芯軸的加工尺寸。

        (2) And nitrogen bearing Martensite stainless steel,WR15EandWR30 can aiso be spplide to make good toughness and machine performance available.The performance similar to the imported shaft but with more cost efficient,the machining process is under accurate controlling to make sure the accurscy of groove depth and distance,the smoothness of the surface,toughness and durability as well.

        Rally?WR15E是一種強度合金工具鋼。其性能特點如下：

        -良好的溫強度；

        良好的機械加工和拋光性能；
        -優(yōu)良的淬透性；
        -熱處理過程中良好的尺寸穩(wěn)定性。
         
        Rally?WR15E is a chromium-molybedenum-vanadium-alloyed steel
        Which is characterized by;
        -Excellent tensile strength combined with good toughness
        -High themal stability,high tesistant to thermal shocks
        -Good high-temperature strength
        -Good machinability and polishablility
        -Excellent through-hardenjing properties
        -Good dimensional stability during hardening
         
        40CrNiMo是合金鋼中的一種，也稱合金鋼：
        -它是在碳素結(jié)構(gòu)鋼的基礎(chǔ)上，適當(dāng)?shù)丶尤胍环N或數(shù)種合金元素（總含量不超過5%）而制成的鋼種。
        -淬火850度，冷卻劑-水.油；
        -回火溫度600度，冷卻劑-水.油；
        -鋼材退火或溫回火供應(yīng)狀態(tài)布氏硬度GBW小于等于號269；
